The product

Delta compares two supplier CSV / TSV files using selected SKU and price columns. It produces a report; it does not change your ERP, store or original files. You are responsible for checking input currency, units, pack sizes and SKU equivalence and reviewing results before taking action.

Paid license

A $29 USD one-time purchase, plus applicable checkout taxes, licenses the downloaded offline version to one operator for internal business use on their own devices. You may keep backup copies. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly host the paid download. Future features, support response times and lifetime web hosting are not promised.

Delivery

Payment is processed by Gumroad. A verified eligible license allows downloading the offline HTML application. Gumroad test, free, refunded or disputed payments do not grant access. The downloaded app works without an internet connection in a compatible modern desktop browser. Keep your own backup.

Refunds

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support with your receipt reference. If the product does not fit your workflow, we will refund the purchase through Gumroad. After a refund, stop using and delete the paid copies. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Limits

Up to 50,000 rows and 10 MB per file. CSV and TSV only. No automated imports, currency conversion, product-name matching, or unit conversion. Results depend on your inputs and chosen settings. Availability of the free website and compatibility with every browser are not guaranteed.

Responsibility

Use files you are authorized to process. Do not attack or misuse the service. Maintain backups and review reports before operational use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
