Supplier files
The app reads and compares files in browser memory. File contents, filenames, SKUs and prices are not uploaded to Stiva. Closing the page clears the in-memory comparison. The offline download makes no network requests. Saved mappings store column names and comparison preferences in your local browser storage.
Optional usage measurement
With your permission, the website records page paths, event names, a random browser-session identifier, a simple campaign label and timestamps. It does not send file contents or license keys to analytics. Browser Do Not Track disables these events. You can withdraw permission with the checkbox in the footer. Events are retained for up to 90 days. Without consent, we still count aggregate page requests without identifiers and record necessary checkout and verified transaction records.
Payments and license verification
Checkout is handled by Gumroad under its own privacy policy. We send the license key you submit to Gumroad to verify the product, amount and payment status. The key is not retained by Stiva. We store the sale identifier, amount, currency, verification timestamps, eligibility status and available checkout attribution. These records support access delivery, refunds and accounting; retention requirements depend on the operator’s obligations.
Security and support
The web server temporarily processes IP addresses for abuse prevention. Deployment access logs are disabled in the supplied configuration; operational errors contain a request identifier and generic error code. Emails sent to support are handled in the support mailbox. Do not send supplier files or passwords.
Your choices
Contact support to request access to or deletion of stored personal information. Some payment records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes. For Gumroad data, contact Gumroad separately. This site is intended for adult business users.
